Our promise
Seven commitments we make to every customer.
We’re a new company, so we can’t point to decades of reviews. What we can do is tell you exactly how we’ll treat you, put it in writing, and let you hold us to it.
Promise 1
We test before we recommend
No recommendation without data. For a private well, that means a certified-lab panel. For city water, it starts with your utility’s own annual water quality report, plus a home-specific test when the report can’t answer your question.
You see the results before you see a quote, and you keep them either way. See our testing options.
Promise 2
We’ll tell you when you don’t need it
If your water doesn’t call for treatment, we’ll say so. That includes the most common upsell in this area: a water softener on soft city water. Many Charlotte-area city homes don’t need one, and we won’t recommend one without a hardness result that supports it.
Promise 3
No deceptive demos, no scare tactics
We don’t use TDS meters, color-change drops or electrolysis “sludge” demos as evidence of contamination. They show ordinary minerals or the reaction of the test itself, not whether your water meets any standard. We also don’t use fear words or imply that compliant utility water is unsafe.
Promise 4
Every product claim is certified
When we say a product reduces something, that claim comes from the product’s NSF/ANSI certification for that specific contaminant, and we’ll show you the listing. No “removes everything,” no health promises, no germ-kill claims without the certification to back them.
Promise 5
Three business days to cancel, with a full refund
If you buy from us at your home, you can cancel for any reason until midnight of the third business day after you sign. Your contract spells this out and includes a Notice of Cancellation form. When you cancel, we refund what you paid within 10 business days.
This is your right under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule and North Carolina law. We’d rather make it easy to use than hide it in fine print.
Promise 6
The full price in writing before you sign
You’ll always see the full price of the equipment, service plans and testing in a written quote before you sign anything. No prices that change once we leave, and no “today only” discounts to rush you.
If you’re considering financing, ask us how it works and read our financing page. Installation is quoted separately by the independent licensed plumber you contract with.
Promise 7
The same review request for every customer
We ask every customer for a review the same way, whether the job went perfectly or not. No discounts, gifts or entries for reviews, and we never filter who gets asked. If you’re unhappy, we want to hear it directly, and you’re still free to post publicly. See our reviews page.
Where this shows up in practice
These aren’t just words on a page. They shape how every job runs, from the first test to the retest after installation, and they’re the reason we keep a public list of things we won’t sell you.
If you ever feel we’ve fallen short of any of them, call us at (980) 320-2475 or get in touch.
Questions about our promise
How do I cancel an in-home purchase?
Tell us in writing before midnight of the third business day after you sign. Your contract includes a Notice of Cancellation form you can use, but any written notice works. We refund what you paid within 10 business days.
Will you pressure me to decide the same day?
No. There are no same-night discounts and no prices that expire when we leave. Your written quote gives you time to compare and think.
Do you offer anything for leaving a review?
No. We ask every customer the same way, we don't offer discounts or gifts for reviews, and we never steer unhappy customers away from posting.
What if the test says I don't need anything?
Then we'll tell you that, in writing. The test results are yours to keep either way.
Start with an honest answer about your water.
Tell us about your home and water source. We'll recommend testing first, and only the equipment your results support.
