Service area

Every county and town within about two hours' drive of Charlotte, in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Our service area is generated from drive-time routing rather than a hand-picked list, so it reaches from the Lake Norman and Union County well corridors to the Upstate and Midlands of South Carolina.

Demand comes from two very different homeowners: those on private wells looking for well water treatment, and city-water homes looking for drinking-water and whole-home filtration. Every recommendation follows our test-first process, and we hold ourselves to a published list of what we won't sell.

Who we sell to

Three homeowner segments, each starting from a test or the utility's own water-quality report.

Private-well homes

Homes on private wells in Union, Iredell, Lincoln, Gaston and surrounding counties, where state well studies show iron, manganese, low pH and arsenic are common. Every well starts with a certified-lab test.

City-water homes wanting better drinking water

Homes on Charlotte Water and other municipal systems that want drinking-water reverse osmosis or whole-home carbon for chlorine taste and odor. Softeners only when a hardness test supports one.

PFAS-concerned homes

Homes served by utilities that report detectable PFAS, such as parts of Cabarrus County, looking for point-of-use treatment certified for PFAS reduction.

Systems we specify

We specify by system type and certification, not by brand. A product claim is made only when the specific model holds the matching certification.

What we look for in a supplier or brand program

  • Products certified to the NSF/ANSI standard that matches each claim we make
  • Clear, written warranties we can pass through to homeowners
  • Reliable regional stock or predictable lead times for the Charlotte area
  • Installation documentation a licensed plumber can follow to code
  • Dealer pricing and terms that work for a test-first, no-pressure sales model
  • Product training, and marketing materials that don't rely on fear or health claims

Goals, not results

Our volume plan

These are our plans as a new company. They are not a statement of current sales volume.

  • Start in the densest well-water and new-construction areas closest to Charlotte, then widen across the two-hour service area.
  • Grow our customer base through test-first sales, service plans and referrals from inspectors, realtors and well drillers.
  • Consolidate purchasing with one primary equipment line per system type as volume builds.

Credentials

We're a new company and list credentials only once they're issued. Insurance, association memberships and lab partnerships will appear here as each one is in place. Ask us for current documentation at any time.
