We won’t fill this page with testimonials we can’t back up. When real customers leave reviews, they’ll show up here exactly as written. Until then, here’s what you can hold us to.
We're new, and we're doing this the right way
Be one of our first customers. Here's our promise.
- We test before we recommend. A certified-lab result beats a sales demo.
- We'll tell you when you don't need something, including a softener on soft city water.
- No TDS-meter or color-change "tests", no scare tactics, no same-night pressure pricing.
- Every claim we make about a product is backed by its NSF/ANSI certification.
- You get three business days to cancel any in-home purchase, in writing, with a full refund.
How we ask for reviews
Reviews are only useful if they’re honest, so we follow a few simple rules and we publish them here so you can check us against them.
- Same way, every customer. After the job is done, every customer gets the same request with a link to leave a review. We don’t pick and choose.
- No incentives. No discounts, gift cards, contest entries or anything else in exchange for a review.
- No filtering. We don’t ask how you feel first and then only send the happy ones to a review site. If something went wrong, we want to hear it, and you’re still free to post.
- Shown as written. We don’t edit, cherry-pick or hide reviews on this page.
Questions about reviews
Do you offer discounts or gifts for reviews?
No. We don't offer anything for reviews, positive or negative. Our referral program, when you use it, is never tied to leaving a review.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. Every customer gets the same request, the same way, after the job is done. We never screen who gets asked or steer anyone away from posting publicly.
Do you edit or remove reviews?
No. Reviews appear here as customers wrote them, with a link to where they were published. We don't hide negative reviews.
Why aren't there any reviews yet?
Because we're a new company and we won't publish reviews that don't exist. As real customers leave reviews, they'll appear here.
