How do you decide which towns you serve?
We start from Census place and county data and compute real drive times from uptown Charlotte on OpenStreetMap roads. Every incorporated town within about 120 minutes is included, plus unincorporated communities of 2,500 or more people and a few communities people name when they say where they live.
Do you charge more for farther towns?
We don't publish prices because every home and water source is different. Your written quote covers equipment, testing and any Care Plan. Installation is quoted separately by the independent licensed plumber.
